Il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9trospective fran\u00e7aise qui lui est consacr\u00e9e. L\u2019agencement des \u0153uvres, r\u00e9alis\u00e9es entre 1949 et 2011, suit les p\u00e9riodes de la vie de Kusama et ses allers retours entre le Japon et New York. D\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans l\u2019exposition, notre corps est immerg\u00e9 de points de couleurs plac\u00e9s du sol au plafond dans une simple pi\u00e8ce avec une table et quelques chaises. Des n\u00e9ons lumineux donnent \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce une atmosph\u00e8re douce qui apaise l\u2019effet d\u2019inqui\u00e9tante \u00e9tranget\u00e9 que l\u2019on peut ressentir.
